High School Football America
There are three new teams in this week's USA Today Super 25 thanks to post-season losses by former #8 St. Ignatius (OH) and #21 Rock Hill (SC), and #18 Booker T. Washington's loss on the last weekend of the regular season in Florida.
The biggest shock was the loss by St. Ignatius to Cleveland-area rival Glenville. The Tarblooders moved into the national rankings at #18 with a surprisingly easy 30-13 victory that snapped the Wildcats 25-game win streak and hopes of defending their 2008 Division I championship.
If you missed the highlights over the weekend at the Ohio High School Football Huddle, you can check a great video piece by the Cleveland Plain Dealer below.
The two other new Super 25 teams are Union (OK) at #24 and Grant (CA) at #25.
